Aksu Municipality KVKK (Personal Data Protection) Clarification Text

1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Aksu Municipality, acting as the data controller, within the scope of the conditions specified below.

2. Processed Data and Purpose of Processing
Your identity data (Name, Surname) and contact data (Email address, Phone number) that you share through the contact form on our website are processed solely for the purposes of receiving, evaluating, and responding to your requests, complaints, or suggestions.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through our website. These data processing activities are carried out based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5/2-ç of the KVKK, “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,” and Article 5/2-e, “It is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.”
